BNP administrator Khaleda Zia, who returned home on Wednesday after issuance of the warrant for her capture, surrendered under the steady gaze of the court on Thursday.
Furthermore, the previous head administrator, Khaleda, was conceded safeguard by the unique court in Dhaka, after she had looked for safeguard in Zia Halfway house Trust and Zia Magnanimous Trust unite cases.
After hearing the petitions, the unique court at Alia Madrasa premises in Bakshibazar acknowledged the safeguard for an obligation of Tk 100,000.
The BNP boss achieved the court at 11 am. Muhammad Jammiruddin Sircar, a previous speaker, and BNP pioneer remained for Khaleda.
The legal advisors of the litigants and Against Defilement Commission (ACC) were there. Extraordinary safety efforts were taken in the court region.
On 12 October, capture warrants were issued against Khaleda Zia regarding both the cases.
BNP director Khaleda Zia was then staying in London for her treatment. She returned after around three months of remain in the English capital.

Bangladesh Patriot Gathering (BNP) director Khaleda Zia, who is confronting capture warrants in three cases, returned home from the UK on Wednesday evening after finished a three-month remain there.
"Our administrator will show up under the watchful eye of the uncommon court set up at the play area of Government Alia Madrasa in the capital's Bakshibazar on Thursday," said BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.
He concocted the remark while conversing with correspondents before Khaleda's Gulshan living arrangement on Wednesday night.
The BNP boss will begin her excursion from her home for the court around 10:00 am, said her media wing part Shamsuddin Didar.
Prior to the day, BNP standing board of trustees part Moudud Ahmed said their administrator returned home indicating admiration to the court as a few warrants for her capture were issued in various cases.
He said Khaleda will surrender under the steady gaze of the court and look for safeguard in the cases in which the capture warrants were issued against her.
Khaleda returned home from the UK on Wednesday evening after finished a three-month remain there.
She achieved Hazrat Shahjajal Global Air terminal by an Emirates Carriers flight around 5:08 pm.
Prior to 12 October, Dhaka Exceptional Court-5 issued the warrant for the capture of BNP administrator Khaleda Zia in the Zia Halfway house Trust unite case as she went to London without its authorization.
On 3 July 2008, the Counter Debasement Commission documented the case with Ramna Police headquarters charging Khaleda Zia, her eldest child Tarique Rahman, and four others for abusing over Tk 21.0 million (2.10 crore) that came as stipends from an outside bank for vagrants.
